I firmly believe that consistency compounds. To be the best version of ourselves, it takes discipline. Consistently getting the little things right leads to success.

 No runner looks the same, so no training plan should look the same, either. My goal is to meet you where you are, and create an experience personal to you.

Communication

At the core, I want to be a great communicator with every athlete I have a chance to work with. At the same time, every athlete should feel heard. Texts, calls, and emails are welcomed throughout the process.

What if I’m not a runner?

That’s okay! Everyone has the opportunity to run and enjoy it. Based on your needs and experience, we can design a plan that is right for you, no matter what your goals look like.

I’ve never worked with a coach before, how does this work?

Coaching is an opportunity for me to guide you through the process of understanding your strengths and weaknesses as a runner, and building off your progress. I take a personal approach to coaching, meaning I’m here to talk through the good and the bad. My passion is helping others realize their full potential through running.

I’m not sure I’m ready to commit, what do you recommend?

Making a commitment to training is no small feat. Before you do, I would love to have a conversation to better understand where you stand, what your hesitations are, and what goals you’d like to accomplish. No strings attached.
